S-1959: Homegrown Terrorism Act - criminalizing US citizens

HR 1955, the 'VIOLENT RADICALIZATION HOMEGROWN TERRORISM PREVENTION ACT OF 2007' passed in the House Oct. 23, 2007. 404 Members of Congress voted for it. Traitors, dupes or useful fools. The vote was 404-6.

Under the law, those who challenge the official story about anything will be deemed criminal. This crime is called 'encouraging radicalization.' The legislation was sponsored chiefly by AIPAC-connected Jane Harman (D-CA). The police state law (S.1959) sped quietly through Joe Leiberman's HOMELAND SECURITY COMMITTEE in the Senate (with the help of Norm Coleman, Wellstone's replacement, you recall). If and when it passes in the Senate, it will provide academic-sounding (university-based 'Centers for Excellence') cover for thought control crimes. The Internet will be policed by Chertoff and his DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY. What Chutzpah!
